BSG has been the engineer of record for the redevelopment and BRAC transfer of this 420-acre military facility since 1999. We have provided comprehensive engineering, surveying, planning, and regulatory services.
Development of the site includes 7,000 residential units, 2 million sf of office space, a cruise terminal, and a maritime industrial complex. Environmental challenges include the closing and remediation of a landfill, and avoidance or mitigation of 2.2 acres of wetlands.
