Regulatory Compliance involves ensuring continued adherence to all applicable Federal and State safety regulations promulgated by agencies such as the Federal Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) and the New Jersey Public Employee’s Occupational Health and Safety Act (PEOSHA). BSG staff possess extensive experience and background that allow our firm to provide full service and training to our public clients in areas such as Hazard Communication, Bloodborne Pathogens, Confined Space Entry, Fire Safety, Lockout/Tag Out, Health and Safety plan (HASP) development and Personal Protective Equipment, to name a few. As well, BSG provides full service Right to Know compliance support to our clients. Services include conducting on-site chemical inventories, preparing required central files containing all material safety data sheets, preparing and filing, where applicable, annual Community Right to Know Surveys and supporting Hazard Communication training.
BSG has extensive experience in providing loss prevention and regulatory compliance services to several large clients, namely Morris, Monmouth, and Union Counties, as well as serving several Joint Insurance Funds. BSG conducts a detailed evaluation of the clients needs through the performance of a full regulatory compliance audit, consisting of an evaluation of policies and procedures, training, and other relevant documentation as well as conducting physical assessments. This audit process has allowed BSG to gain a greater understanding of the operations and conditions affecting each client and to formulate an effective strategy to control losses and to create a successful loss prevention program.
