Traffic engineering consultant services were provided for a mixed use development located between US Route 130 and the Delaware River. A comprehensive traffic count program was conducted to analyze various mixed use development scenarios. The project involved permitting from the NJDOT for a new intersection on US Route 130, coordinating and designing intersection alternatives for a relocated County roadway, coordinating with NJDOT, NJDEP, and River Line Light Rail for at-grade railroad crossing for the main access of the development. Also included were development of roadway and intersection concept plans for the new intersection, relocated County roadway, a new traffic signal, and a roundabout.
