BSG is the Engineer of Record for redevelopment of this 18-acre ocean-front site.
Development included complete demolition of the existing infrastructure, followed by construction of 120,000 square feet of retail space, 562 residential units, two multi-level parking garages, bulkheads, and the construction of 30,000 square feet of boardwalk along the Atlantic Ocean.
Our scope of work included land surveying/construction layout; site plan preparation; mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design; structural design of site amenities, including the boardwalk and bulkheads; permitting; and public utility coordination.
