BSG was selected to serve as the Program Manager for the 2009 Somerset County Energy Audit Program. In this role, BSG is responsible for all administrative management of the Energy Audit Program, including providing technical advice to the county. This program, which is being spearheaded by Somerset County and the Somerset County Energy Council, has set aside $1 million to fully fund Level II Energy Audits for eligible facilities. Municipalities and school districts within Somerset County were encouraged to participate in the program. BSG assisted the county in evaluating over 100 facilities that were submitted for potential audit consideration by 29 applicants.
 


BSG also assisted the county in distributing audit assignments equitably between all four of the selected energy audit firms. BSG will also oversee the audits to be conducted, review the audit reports, and continue to provide administrative support to the county for this program.
