BSG has the laboratory and personnel accreditations necessary for implementation of the Asbestos Containing Materials in Schools Rule (40 CFR 763 Subpart E), promulgated in response to the Federal Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA). We have extensive experience in the design and management of asbestos abatement projects in facilities subject to the AHERA regulations (K-12 Schools), as well as in non-AHERA facilities. We maintain personnel and firm accreditations necessary to provide services in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut.
