We typically begin with analysis of a site’s physical characteristics, such as topography, boundaries, easements, existing structures, known contamination, geotechnical conditions, and other physical anomalies. We evaluate the approval feasibility of a project based on zoning and land use regulations and provide a preliminary list of required development approvals as part of the feasibility report.
