Regulatory Compliance involves ensuring continued adherence to all applicable Federal and State safety regulations promulgated by agencies such as the Federal Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) and the NJ Public Employee’s Occupational Health and Safety Act (PEOSHA). BSG staff members possess the extensive experience and background that allows us to provide full service and training to our public clients in areas such as Hazard Communication, Bloodborne Pathogens, Confined Space Entry, Fire Safety, Lockout/Tag Out, Health and Safety Plan (HASP) development, and Personal Protective Equipment, to name a few. We also provide full service Right-to- Know compliance support to our clients. Services include conducting on-site chemical inventories, preparing required central files containing all Material Safety Data Sheets, preparing and filing where applicable, annual Community Right-to-Know Surveys and supporting Hazard Communication training.
