The key to a safe and well maintained roadway system is the development and implementation of a comprehensive capital improvement program that addresses the design of roadways throughout the municipality. BSG-BEI roadway engineers are skilled and experienced in grading, pavement design, drainage configuration, and cost estimation. In addition, BSG-BEI recognizes that municipalities often require other improvements to complement their roadway programs.
