The Survey Department within BSG-LGA continues to invest in the latest developments in Global Positioning Systems (GPS) technology. This includes receivers, firmware/software upgrades, and personnel training as part of our commitment to providing quality services at competitive rates.
RTK (Real Time Kinematic) Surveying is now a routine, everyday occurrence and the preferred method for performing a variety of survey functions, including construction layout, topographic and as-built surveys, wetland locations, photo control and hydrographic surveys.
In addition to RTK, BSG-LGA has completed numerous survey projects utilizing differential rapid static GPS. This enables BSG-LGA's field surveyors to complete projects in less time with fewer personnel, thereby reducing project costs to the client. From wetland locations to control networks, BSG-LGA's GPS survey crews use the latest technology to achieve the highest quality product-on schedule and within budget.
