PMK Group performed a detailed subsurface investigation and analyses for a 2,000 unit residential development in Jersey City, New Jersey. The investigation included the design and evaluation of feasible support alternatives for all structures and infrastructure that accommodated the proposed construction.

PMK provided a comprehensive pile design and surcharging program expedited the development and insured that the useful life and performance of the facility would not be compromised. . In addition, PMK also provided the analyses and recommendations necessary to effectuate the successful reclamation of land critical for the future build-out of the project. The reclamation included the installation of approximately 600 linear feet of a steel sheeting tied-back bulkhead system which was integral to maintaining the structural continuity of the existing bulkheads that make up the remaining canals.

PMK provided continuous supervision of the critical foundation construction operations as well as the all earthwork related activities consistent with the site development plan.
