Birdsall Services Group (BSG) is responsible for intersection improve-ments at Monmouth County Route 2 (Sixth Avenue) and Monmouth County Route 5 (Atkins Avenue) in the Township of Neptune, NJ. The scope of the improvements at the intersection includes geometric im-provements, upgrades to the stormwater collection system, driveway access improvements, and the replacement of the existing traffic signal equipment in order to meet current Monmouth County Engineer’s Office (MCEO) standards.
