BSG has worked with the Bergen County Utilities Authority (BCUA) to provide Title V permitting services at their sewage treatment plant located in Little Ferry, New Jersey since December 2004. During this time, BSG has permitted a new Co-Generation facility, revised the facility Operating Permit, and made major modifications to their permitting to accommodate equipment changes at the facility. In addition, BSG has represented BCUA in resolving earlier outstanding Administrative Order and Notice of Civil Administrative Penalty Assessments (AONOCAPA) from the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP), and prepared a Netting Analysis in accordance with N.J.A.C. 7:27-18 to ensure the net increase of pollutants based on an analysis of a five-year contemporaneous period did not exceed Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) thresholds.
