HCCC - Culinary Arts Building

Hudson County Community College's (HCCC) Culinary Arts Building in Jersey City, NJ is a new 5-story structure totaling 72,000 square feet. The building's first floor houses the main entrance with a 270-seat banquet hall and fine dining room with 60 seats. The remainder of the building houses 11 kitchens, classrooms and a 190-seat conference facility. The building was constructed in two phases to allow the college to move the existing facilities prior to demolition of the adjacent existing facility and construction of the second phase.

North Hudson Campus: HCCC has also acquired several properties in Union City, where a planned state-of-the-art North Hudson Campus facility will be built. Preliminary feasibility studies have been submitted for a new 6-story building totaling approximately 160,000 square feet. The building is to be constructed above an existing New Jersey Transit utility facility and bus terminal.
