Elizabeth School (PS #27)

This project involved the design of a new 750-student, 178,000 square foot elementary school which is a steel framed facility. It also features underground parking for 120 vehicles.

The design utilized steel moment frames composite with concrete slabs on metal deck. Regular and long-span steel joists were used for the roof construction. Various facade systems were specified, including brick veneer, sand blasted DMU, split-face veneer and metal wall panels.
