BSG is the engineer of record for redevelopment of this 17-acre waterfront site. Development includes complete demolition of the existing infrastructure, followed by construction of 35,000 square feet of retail space, a 60,000-square foot golf clubhouse, a 12,000-square foot restaurant, 932 high-rise residential units, and a multi-level parking garage along the New York Bay.
Our scope of work included land surveying/construction layout, site plan preparation, permitting, and public utility coordination. BSG's significant redevelopment experience in high-density urban areas was of great benefit to the project.
