The successful candidate will have the ability to coordinate and direct the Construction Division staff, including inspectors, construction managers and administrative; able to interact with Senior Management, client managers and assist engineer project managers; review budgets and inspection reports.
Must hold Professional Engineer license, NICET certification preferred. 5-10 years of experience in site/building development projects in the public sector (municipalities, county, state and other agencies). Ability to price jobs and prepare proposals. Knowledge of building trades. Excellent oral and written communication skills a must.
