The Development Manager is responsible for researching Federal work opportunities by monitoring all Federal work forecasts, bid opportunities and awards to other companies.

Qualified candidates must have excellent technical writing skills and be willing to travel within the area targeted for marketing services. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing preferred. We require experience in completing SF330 submissions and complex proposals, and detailed knowledge of Federal work including GSA approval, Brooks Act, monitoring, etc. This individual must be able to work with Federal Agencies, Federal work consultants and lobbyists and have extensive knowledge of Federal Government procurement procedures and processes in order to develop business relationships with Federal Key decision makers and discover relevant business opportunities. In addition, the incumbent develops proposals for services in response to RFPs and provides guidance and support to the proposal team from inception to completion.
