Birdsall Services Group has an immediate need for experienced Construction Observers. Role will include the observation of NJDOT projects, site development and capital projects. Candidate must be computer literate and possess strong interpersonal skills. NICET Level III or higher and Traffic Control Coordinator certifications preferred.
