The Township is constructing a multi-story court room/office facility and police station, as well as renovating the exiting municipal building. The project is being constructed in two phases.
 

The commissioning services are intended to ensure that the construction and renovations of the municipal complex are in accordance with construction documents, as well as meet the design parameters and the requirements for LEED certification of the project. BSG is committed to assisting the township in commissioning this facility to ensure that all systems are complete and functioning properly prior to substantial completion and that the facility staff has adequate system documentation and training. Commissioning consists of systematically documenting that specified components and systems have been installed and started up properly, functionally checked, and performance-tested to verify and document proper operation and capacity through all modes and conditions. In addition, owner-personnel training will be verified and final project operations and maintenance (O&M) documents will be reviewed for completeness.
